January:
during this month start preparing supers and making sure you have comb drawn out for the coming bloodwood flow.
Take off 3/4 of your honey if you have full supers the bees will love the stickys
Due to the heat you may see bees bearding out on the front of the boxes , make sure they have a close water supply as things tend to dry out in this heat

July:
It is now the middle of winter and a few weeks past the winter solstice this then triggers off the queen to prepare for the coming spring breeding season , bees will start to prepare drone cells when enough honey is available to produce wax and they will be bringing in pollen when available . The beekeeper can help in this process by feeding a dry pollen mix along with a sugar syrup feeder

August:
It is now time to prepare equipment for the spring season. Cleaning up old frames ,rewiring and sourcing foundation. It is not the time to be dismantling boxes as it is to cold, chances are you will chill the broad especially if it is a weak hive. Some gums are flowering and there should be adequate floral ground cover that will help to keep the bees busy on warm days . If you need to have a look in your hives make sure you have at least 3 days ahead of 18deg plus, it take that long for bees to bring the temp up after you take the lid off not to mention the amount of energy ( food) they consume in the warming process.
